Production is done by aquaculture or hunting.

The fish obtained by aquaculture or hunting are taken to the raw material acceptance section of the factory by cold chain in accordance with the HACCP criteria and after the controls required by ISO 22000 standard, only the products that meet the requirements are accepted to the operation.

The fishes that are accepted to the business are either naturally packaged after being separated according to the demands of the customers according to their lengths, or packed in different packages in fresh or frozen after they are cleaned in the advanced processing unit and made into fillets.
